Our second choral video, made the same way as the first: everyone singing alone into a phone, then stitched together. This time it’s Bruce Springsteen’s “Dream Baby Dream.”
We’ve partnered with the Newton Schools Foundation to raise money for the Calculus Project, which creates pathways to access and success for Black, Latinx and low-income students in advanced math classes, and works in partnership with school districts to dismantle barriers and create opportunities for students who have not historically been given equitable access.
This June, between the recording and the launch, the chorus met in person for the first time in fifteen months, outdoors in a member’s Waban backyard.
