Old Favorites with New Voices

This is where it starts. A few months ago Monique Byrne, Andy Rogovin and Stephanie Cogen gathered a group of like-minded families at the Waban Library. This afternoon the brand-new Newton Family Singers walk onto the stage at Mason-Rice and sing a program of old folk favorites with a lot of new voices.
Joel Sindelar is our choral director. The suggested donation is five dollars. And the audience is expected to sing along.
There is, naturally, a Cat Stevens song in the program.
